Who I am
I am a former cinetelevision technician who, after over 15 years spent away from home, returned and embarked on a new adventure.
I delved into the study of viticulture, immersing myself in this discipline and deciding to cultivate the deep passion that my father, a true winemaker at heart, instilled in me since I was young.With his invaluable help and teachings, I have taken hold of the family lands inherited from my great-grandparents and have chosen to revive our family's winemaking tradition.

JURU - Red wine made from Gaglioppo grapes and other native grapes.
MEL - Rosé wine obtained from the white vinification of Gaglioppo grapes.
The Land
The company is located in the territory of Melissa, which has sadly become famous in Italy and worldwide due to the deaths during the peasant struggles of 1949. The town is situated on the hills overlooking the Ionian Sea, reaching an altitude of 500 meters. A significant portion of the area falls within the CIRO' DOC (Denomination of Controlled Origin), but it also has its own DOC called "MELISSA", which indicates its great potential. The soils are predominantly clayey, and a considerable part of the vineyards is cultivated using the "alberello"(bush vine) method.
